<p>This is the final opportunity for  a few months to take part in this really effective training programme as we go into a period of lot&#8217;s of in-house and bespoke training for a number of clients, but these open courses are what we really love to do. This is when you get a mix of people from different organisations, different backgrounds and differing perspectives which all contributes to a great, meaningful and enjoyable days training.</p>

<p>The workshop look in depth at key issues such as:<br />

•   the realities of discrimination;<br />
•   dealing with discrimination laws;<br />
•   issues surrounding race, religion, age, disability, gender and sexual orientation; and<br />
•   Implementing &#8216;best practice.</p>
<p>This an ideal workshop for staff across the board and has proved absolutely invaluable particularly for those in HR, management, staff supervision or customer services.</p>
